So Nokia again sues Apple for patent infringement
Nokia, world’s biggest cell phone manufacturer sues the Apple computer after the announcement of the sale of the iPad Tablet computer in 9 other country outside US.

Apple announces iPad tablet sale outside US on 28 May, and on 7 May Nokia lawsuit come about patent infringement. Nokia claims about 5 important technologies used for enhance speech, Data transmission and Antenna innovation for the compact devices, and Apple is using them in their iPad 3G and IPhone. The Cell Phone manufacturer also provide information about this case in their press release
“Nokia has been the leading developer of many key technologies in mobile devices” said Paul Melin, General Manager, Patent Licensing at Nokia. “We have taken this step to protect the results of our pioneering development and to put an end to continued unlawful use of Nokia’s innovation.”
So here we can say that a fight on right over the innovation is going on, When Nokia sues Apple in October in the U.S. Federal district Court in Delaware over then different patent violation. After that Apple responded with countersuit in last year December, and number of violation were 13.
So it’s a wheel of patents is going round and round. So what do you think who is much more innovative? We would like to hear your comments about this.
